Do you know the “Secret” to network marketing recruiting? Do you want to know?
It’s kind of unfair in a lot of ways, isn’t it? That some people figure it out and others (a majority of others) struggle for years and years and still can’t figure it out?
I’m here to tell you that once you do, you’ll want to kick yourself for how simple it really can be to understand and apply.
Successful MLMers are those that have found or learned this “secret” one way or the other. Usually by seeking this information for a long time, then eventually finding it.
“I’m going to reveal it right here in this blog post.”
It’s not a complicated secret. It’s not hard to understand. But once you “see” it, your eyes will be opened and you’ll never go back to flying blind like you did before.
The key here is that once you see it, you’ll need to do exactly what those successful MLMers did…TAKE ACTION! Take Action on what you’ve learned and apply it to bring yourself success as fast as possible.
Here’s where this becomes a problem in our industry: Most people know it’s possible to achieve success in network marketing, because they see those few actually doing it.
But the correct information (steps) for closing and recruiting isn’t actually easy to find, or it’s extremely expensive to learn.
I’m going to tell it like it is. When I first started in network marketing in the early 90’s, I was right there where you are.
See, once you’ve been in business for 3 to 6 months, the reality starts to set in that you need to do something different to prospect and recruit.
You start to see a pattern:

Here are the real facts:
Most people think about starting their own business (either on the side or flat out quitting their job and charging into a business full-force). And most married couples have talked about and considered being self-employed in one way or another.
The question then becomes “Is it possible to actually be really successful in any MLM?” (Especially if you’re starting to get answers like you’re getting from potential prospects?)
And the answer is a simple: YES!
People want the nice car or more money or the nice house. And they’ll find the money to get what they really want if they want it bad enough.
So, the reasons they’re giving you for not joining YOU in YOUR BUSINESS aren’t really true.
Now if we’ve determined there is a “secret” to succeeding in network marketing, and that the reason people may not be joining you in your opportunity is not because they necessarily DON’T want the things your opportunity can probably provide them…Then what are we missing?
That’s a question I asked myself for years, and you know what? Here’s the short of it…
The Secret is not more network marketing recruiting scripts, or finding a way to have MLM recruiting done for you by a sponsor or someone else.
It’s not working harder doing the same things that haven’t been working for you up to this point.
It’s none of that!
The Secret to network marketing recruiting is attracting people TO you and to YOU for who you are and how you can personally help them find success in network marketing.
“It’s all about the networking and not really about the marketing.”
It’s choosing to be “magnetic” to others and creating ways for them to seek YOU out…and not the other way around.
I used to get one or both of the following 2 responses when I’d ask my upline what I needed to do to succeed:
“Find more people and bring them to meetings.”
“It’s not selling. It’s sharing.”
See, to them it was all about getting as many warm bodies in front of your opportunity as possible and “workin’ the numbers”
But even then I knew there must be something more to what the successful people were doing. Several years later I discovered I was right.
Let me be blunt and just say,”Both of those statements above are absolute garbage.”
The old adage “beating a dead horse” applies to multi-level marketing more than any other industry. You can’t keep doing something that doesn’t work. And you can’t just try harder at something that doesn’t work thinking it will make you more successful.
Keep doing what you’ve been doing, and you’ll keep getting what you’ve been getting.
It’s also not about learning how to convince your friends and family to join you in your opportunity.
So what is the answer? What is the “secret” really to make this multi-level thingy work?
As I mentioned above, you have to attract people to YOU and you have to build trust with them so they see YOU as a reliable source for them finding their OWN success.
